Telepsychiatry involves the use of real time, video and audio conferencing, which enables healthcare professionals to provide services to patients and their families without the need to attend appointments in a medical facility.
We understand the difficulties of attending in office appointments when so many factors are impacting your daily life. The telepsychiatry program allows you to receive medical care when you need it from the comfort of your own home or location of your choice.
Via telepsychiatry, we provide a wide array of services including but not limited to assessment, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, education, therapy, counseling and inpatient care. Services are provided by a group of fulltime Board-Certified Psychiatrists and other Licensed Mental Health Professionals.
Our telecommunication system is a high-quality HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform that protects the confidentiality of patient identification and information shared with the medical provider.
We also provide a secured mobile payment solution that enables patients to receive an invoice via email and submit payment for service fees, copayments and fees not covered by insurance.

At New Providence Healthcare, Inc., we provide integrated behavioral healthcare primarily through our telepsychiatry program. In office visits are offered based on the providers availability. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or a more severe mental health illness, we are here to help.
Our medical practice is staffed with fulltime licensed mental healthcare professionals led by Board Certified Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists, that are licensed to practice medicine in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
